SPP's third Saturday Neighborhood Tour will visit the “funky” Old Southeast Neighborhood. This beautiful area, with Tampa Bay providing a backdrop, includes 12.5 acre Lassing Park, named for Judge Robert Lassing who donated the property to the city in 1924. The neighborhood is known for its eclectic styles of homes and its hex block sidewalks.

You may want to drop by the Chattaway both before and after the tour!  Before the tour, the Old Southeast Neighborhood Association will be holding their annual plant and garden tool "swap", complete with a raffle. No doubt, after the tour you will want to cool down with a beer while enjoying a chattaburger!  The Chattaway is located at the corner of 22nd Ave. S. & 4th St., less than a mile from the tour start up location.

Tour is free to SPP members, just $5 for non-members.  Reservations recommended but not required.
