Millionaires and Bootleggers: Old Southeast Walking Tour
Back by popular demand, our all-new "Millionaires and Bootleggers" tour of Old Southeast returns. We'll gather on the north side of Lassing Park for this special tour before setting off down the brick streets of this historic waterfront neighborhood. In addition to streets lined with historic homes, stops include the Bayboro House, the Polish American Club, and the Coast Guard Station.

Tour meets at 15th Ave SE and Lassing Park, on the northern end of the park.
After the tour, join us at the Polish American Society for our Member & Volunteer Social from 2-5 p.m.

Mid Century Driving Tour
Saturday April 20, 2024, 10 to 11 a.m.
Load up the car with friends, put the top down, and soak up some of the Sunshine City’s retro charm on a curated Mid Century Modern driving tour! St. Petersburg boasts a rich collection of mid century architecture, reflecting the city's growth and development in the postwar boom era.
After meeting up in Coffee Pot Park to pick up the driving guide, you’ll cruise the city's historic neighborhoods, where Mid Century homes offer a glimpse of 1950s and 1960s-era Florida, from the iconic 'birdcage' homes of Pinellas Point to the sleek waterfront estates of Snell Isle.
Whether you're an architecture enthusiast or simply seeking inspiration, this self-paced Mid Century excursion offers a unique glimpse into a timeless era of design excellence. Register and pick up your guide, and follow the itinerary at your own pace and as many times as you like.
This tour is presented by the Center for Architecture and Design, Tampa Bay and Preserve the ‘Burg.
Mid Century Driving Tour guide is $20 for PtB, CAD and AIA members, $25 for non-members per car.
Join Preserve the Burg and the Historic Kenwood Neighborhood Association on a tour of St. Pete's first suburb.
The approximately two-hour tour starts at 10 am at the Craftsman House, 2955 Central Avenue, an American crafts gallery and cafe that was the original model home for Kenwood.
Upon leaving the gallery, tour goers will be led on a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood that has one of the largest concentrations of bungalow homes in the country.
The tour will focus on the history of the neighborhood, its revitalization and current activities & events.
The tour will end in the Grand Central District on Central Ave, a great area for lunch at one of St. Pete’s many small local businesses.
Tickets are $10 for PTB & HKNA members or $20 for any non-members. Reserve your spot online. Advance registration is required.
PTB and Historic Kenwood hosts a tour every 4th Saturday of the month.
