Tucked along First Avenue South, Courtyard Commons brings together a distinctly St. Pete mix of independent businesses, creativity, and community within a collection of older buildings gathered around a shared courtyard.

The property has taken on many lives over the years—from a gas station to a creative hub for artists, and now to Tombolo Books, Black Crow Coffee Co., and Nah Dogs. Its evolution speaks to the value of places like this in St. Petersburg, where older buildings can be thoughtfully adapted to support small businesses, artists, and new ideas while continuing to contribute to the character of the surrounding neighborhood.

Join Preserve the ’Burg in the courtyard to hear more about the history and evolution of Courtyard Commons and spend time exploring the businesses that make this pocket of St. Pete special. St. Pete Opera will be in the courtyard to introduce their upcoming season. Tickets for this festive Porch Party will include:
